Schedule for Away Meet:

• Swimmer Check-In: 5:00-5:30 PM
• Volunteer Check-In: 5:00-5:30 PM
• Warmups (Brighton Forest): 5:30 PM
• Volunteer Huddle: TBD
• First Event: 6:00 PM

Note, the Eagle Ridge HOA wants the meet done by 9:30 PM.

Information from the host neighborhood:

• Concessions: We will have concessions including La Roma personal pizzas (cheese and pepperoni), hot dogs, walking tacos, Sunset slush ,snacks, candy, and drinks. We accept cash, Venmo, and Apple Pay.
• Pool Deck: Most of our pool deck is in direct sunlight with little shade, and seating is limited. If you have any canopy tents and lawn chairs, they are a great idea to bring. Our team will set up on the left side of the pool, while the right side is for your team. There is a permitted cabana for your use. Feel free to set up tents on the pool deck.
• Parking: We have a small main pool parking lot. You are welcome to utilize that as well as the side of the street; we just ask that you ensure driveways are not blocked.
• Please ensure that each swimmer's number is easily visible on their arm prior to the meet.
